Activity at 3:30 and 5:30pm for kids to move, breathe, play, and create mindfully! A dynamic warm up, themed yoga poses, and mindfulness games.
It will end with reading Ava’s children’s book and a small craft.

They’ll take a look at your injury and provide suggestions or recommendations for further care, if appropriate.
COMMUNITY TABLE:
Royal House and Slave Quarters
The Royall House Association explores the meanings of freedom and independence before, during, and since the American Revolution, in the context of a household of wealthy Loyalists and enslaved Africans. We serve the general public as well as hundreds of school children through tours, education and events.
