1. SHOP THE MEDFORD FARMERS MARKET
Without our community of shoppers and eaters, there would be no Medford Farmers Market! Your dollars support the local farmers and food producers who grow and prepare the fresh, healthy, local food that we—as humans and as a market—need to survive. Come support these good folks who in turn are supporting you!
2. DONATE TO THE MARKET
You can help make a difference in our city’s quality of life, support healthy eating, and help local farmers and food producers to thrive. We would love to count you among our many supporters. Thank you for your support!
For individual donations, you can venmo us or mail your check to:
Medford Farmers Market
16 Hatch Rd.
Medford, MA 02155
For Sponsorship opportunities, please see here.
3. VOLUNTEER WITH US
In addition to donations (always welcome), we love our volunteers! We eagerly embrace help with fundraising, marketing, special events, finding and coordinating performers, staying active on other social media platforms, coordinating volunteers, creating and delivering educational programming, researching sustainability, facilitating partnerships and sponsorships, accounting, and performing community outreach. Also, we are seeking volunteers to help us deliver market produce to seniors in the community. If you have experience in any of these areas, or if you have other skills that you would like to contribute, please email us at email@example.com.
Are you a student looking to volunteer for your community service requirement? Contact our market manager to sign up for help with set-up and tear-down of the market!
4. PERFORM AT THE MARKET
We will once again have music as part of our weekly market in 2021! The logistics are yet to be determined, dependent on public health guidance. We again have funding from the Medford Arts Council to pay musicians a stipend of $35 an hour. Interested? Email firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to your website or a sample of your music and the date or dates you’re hoping to play. We’ll get back to you ASAP!
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Medford Arts Council, agency that is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
5. HOST A COMMUNITY TABLE
We hope to return to hosting a weekly community table in person, during our market time. If your organization would like to participate, please complete this form and we will be in touch with you.
