1. SHOP THE MEDFORD FARMERS MARKET.
Without our community of shoppers and eaters, there would be no Medford Farmers Market! Your dollars support the local farmers and food producers who grow and prepare the fresh, healthy, local food that we—as humans and as a market—need to survive. Come support these good folks who in turn are supporting you!
2. DONATE TO THE MARKET.
You can help make a difference in our city’s quality of life, support healthy eating, and help local farmers and food producers to thrive. We would love to count you among our many supporters. Thank you for your support!

3. VOLUNTEER WITH US.
In addition to donations (always welcome), we love our volunteers! We eagerly embrace help with fundraising, marketing, special events, finding and coordinating performers, staying active on other social media platforms, coordinating volunteers, creating and delivering educational programming, researching sustainability, facilitating partnerships and sponsorships, accounting, and performing community outreach. Also, we are seeking volunteers to help us deliver market produce to seniors in the community. If you have experience in any of these areas, or if you have other skills that you would like to contribute, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. PLAY MUSIC AT THE MARKET.
Calling all musicians: We’re looking for locals to provide FaceBook live one hour sets or pre-recorded one hour sets to upload on our sites as a way of connecting our performers with our market followers. When possible, we will have music to serenade our shoppers at the market again! This season we have funding from the Medford Arts Council to pay musicians a stipend of $35 an hour. Interested? Email email@example.com with a link to your website or a sample of your music and the date or dates you’re hoping to play. We’ll get back to you ASAP! Just a reminder: the market is open from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursdays, and once you’re confirmed for a specific week, we will inform you of how to FaceBook live for your time slot or we will arrange for your music to be showcased on our sites. If we are able, later in the season, we will go back to our tradition of live music at the market.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Medford Arts Council, agency that is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
