Spring is finally here which means it’s almost time for opening day at the market! We want to let you know about a few events happening in Medford that we hope you can save the date for.
Greening of Your Garden is Saturday May 4th @ 9:30-1pm located at our Market Location behind City Hall. The Medford Farmers Market, along with the Medford Garden Club, the Tufts Garden Club, Doolittle Flora (a new vendor this year!) have organized a morning of mini workshops on environmentally friendly gardening. Check out the FB page for the schedule of the workshops. This event is in conjunction with Green Medford’s Earth Day Clean Up of Medford Square. Free Lunch thanks to generous donations from Whole Foods Market Medford, Dave’s Fresh Pasta, Flatbread Pizza and several Medford Square eateries.
Whole Foods Market Medford plans a Community Day Celebration on Tuesday May 14th @ 3-7pm in the parking lot. 2151 Mystic Valley Parkway. Whole Foods Market Medford is planning a Community Day Celebration to bring Medford together. From ponies, to photo booths to popcorn to some of your favorite Medford Farmers Market vendors, all to show what a great community we live in and what a great community can create when they come together. Rain or Shine.
Opening day for the Medford Farmers Market is right around the corner on Thursday, June 6th @ 3-7pm! We will be back outside behind 1 City Hall Mall and will send out more details on vendors and special theme days as it gets closer.
